The Platform is owned by Tattva Dental Clinic, with its registered office at Mansoorabad Rd, Anitha Nagar, Auto Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500068 (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. Introduction

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable for prepaid services that were not availed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
